The New York case may be funny as hell but the Los Angeles case for Avenatti is an absolute monster and he's in even more deep shite there than he is in New York.

Any idea on which Mississippi bank was defrauded?

Edit: It's reported to be The People's Bank; I'm guessing this is The Peoples Bank based out of Biloxi.

And Jussie’s attorney, Mark Geragos, is allegedly Avanatti’s co-conspirator.

What a time to be alive....

U.S. Attorney Nick Hanna:

"Mr. Avenatti never filed personal income tax returns for 2011, 2012 o 2013, and he never paid federal income tax during those years... [he] owes the IRS more than $850,000 in unpaid taxes."

Avenatti faces up to 50 years in prison.

i turned my stuff into my CPA last year. this recurring fear of mine happens every year worrying that i won't get my return info to my CPA within his timetable and he doesn't file my return. then i read all these stories about guys like Avenatti who don't file taxes for 3-4 years (while making serious $) and just question why i even worry
