Not likely. They've still got a few more weeks in session under Dem majority. Trump has exhausted his injunctive relief so he can't drag his feet into the new session or they'd love to put an obstruction charge on him.

Why not just raid his accountant’s office and take the tax returns? The opposition in both parties must have a reasonable suspicion that Trump broke some law to even ask for them in the first place so getting a search warrant should have been easy.
