The suspect was armed and fighting with LE agents trying to take him into custody. When you are fighting with several LE, you are being violent.
If LE is grabbing you to take you into custody or to move you out of the way, if you start fighting them, you have committed a crime at that point in time, even if you've acted in a completely lawful manner up to that time.
Civilians become Criminals the moment that they start fighting with LE.

I literally had to quote the case that he was misapplying and explain how wrong he was earlier relying on the incorrect case for the standard being discussed. Just because he wants to misapply and miss sight. The law in an emphatic way doesn't make him correct. In fact, as I said, he doesn't understand what he's talking about and I tried to explain it to him. I hope I don't have to explain it to you after getting into the details on the last page

The decedent was brown on khaki and I don't think he had his face covered with a baseball cap I think
