Ok now you’re not even being serious anymore.

You said there was no evidence. There was evidence.
You did not provide evidence. You provided your opinion.
Do you really think people who are licensed to conceal in carry actually carry around their guns without any bullets? The more likely, much more likely, scenario is he carrying with ammunition just like every other gun-toting American carries with ammunition. If he was going to cause maximum damage and massacre, LEO, why would he not do it earlier when he had open shots?
Again, this is real-time proof that the narrative that ice prevented mass casualties of law-enforcement is working.
Anyway, I also noticed you avoided the other question about his lies.

You are a liar. Always have been. I used Graham and stated that Barnes expanded it.

The totality standard doesn't mean you can go back in time to look at any potential external factor over years or decades. Graham v. Connor removed the subjective evaluation for the objective/reasonableness test. The underlying appellate court relied on a subjective test.
You said

No no toto! NOPE. You are not going to get away with trying to confuse people by asserting that the case is even about what I stated. AS EVERYBODY can clearly see I also talked about Barnes v. Felix.
As an "attorney" why would you try to confuse 2 cases?

My narrative = quoting a Supreme Court case he doesn't understand.

I literally quoted the case he's misapplying to destroy his NPC narrative

He showed up to a riot violent riot not only carrying but with extra magazines on his person.
Carrying those extra magazines was a deliberate act. Deliberate acts require a motivation. Occam's razor would lead us to believe he thought he would need the rounds. He went there to oppose ice. What other conclusion would you come to?
I mean there is a line there, sure... 20 mags in a carrier. One or two? Nah. I keep one on me and 2 in my bag. So this is just my personal view on the magazines [only].

Humor us.
Why don't you take it from about the 25s mark and narrate his actions. And state it in bootlicker jargon so we don't misunderstand.

This is stupid and incredibly unlikely.

Perhaps he kept waiting to see the gestapo behavior he was so sure would happen because Tim Walz and Jacob Frey told him it would. Who knows, he's a lunatic, his presence there is ironclad evidence he's mentally disturbed.

The assumption is factual, and the law reflects that.

The dishonest content creators have no lows.
Guy in that video is tan on bluejeans and has his face covered like LEO with what looks to be a tactical helmet.
The decedent was brown on khaki and I don't think he had his face covered with a baseball cap I think
