She made a dumb choice, and she was being removed from impeding a criminal apprehension operation. He made dumb choice or two after that point.

Not one of those three people did a single illegal thing. I’ve wasn’t even detaining her. Just pushing her to the ground and sidewalk. That is what the video shows. Pretti never engages the officer. Just tries to pick up the fallen lady.
