But I do believe she has a very strong case that the landlord is interfering in and damaging her business. The problem is she will likely be out of business much before there would be any type of resolution..

Would there be recourse for civil damages, as this was not a part of the lease agreement? Not to mention damage to her personal public, business profile?
At the least it was a cheap shot, and the landlord should be outed, labeled and any possibility of a future lease greatly diminished. Building would then be a bargain buy for some enterprising entrepreneur.

I am not a lawyer, but there are some that play them on this forum.
But I would think that if hanging the sign was ruled to be interfering with or damaging her business, AND it violated the lease agreement, AND she could prove how much it cost her than she could go after damages. But good luck actually proving it in a court of law. A defense lawyer would likely have a field day with that.

was in Atlanta a couple of weeks ago and they have Biden signs everywhere. They are in big billboards and on top of taxis.
Of course. It’s Atlanta.
All this guff about Trump breaking through on the black vote isn’t gonna happen. Blacks like Biden. He’ll get 90 percent of their vote.

Seems she could sue the landlord. Yes he owns the building but it’s her business and he is causing her financial strain
