jury now dismissed for a week
This reeks of "go home, think about it a bit, talk to your friends and family in New York fricking City, then come back and fricking hammer him".

Find him guilty no matter what.
Anywhere but NY this is as easy of an acquittal or AT BEST hung jury.
The case should have just been dismissed. In NYC...I dunno.
I think 1 of the jurors indicated they get their news mostly from Truth Social, so you need that guy to hang tight

If there's a juror voting for acquittal, he'll be replaced. I have no doubt this judge will bend over backwards to see that happen.

If I recall from the released jury questionnaires, one juror indicated that they got their news from Truth Social.
They could have said that to make sure they got on the jury though.
This case is incredibly absurd but...its NYC.

I’m not the defense lawyer. Ask them. But you can’t get to the close of evidence at a criminal trial without having a copy of the charge or indictment. The suggestion that they don’t know is horse shite.

That is the entire point. The judge ruled they did not have to name the underlying crime they are relying upon to charge the felony. You were not aware of that, yet feel just fine opining from a place of complete ignorance, because of your political beliefs. You should be disgusted with this joke of a trial that is purely politically motivated. You aren’t. Instead you support it. You’re a fascist.

The longer the verdict takes, the longer it takes to file the appeal. They are playing the long game, not worried about justice.

Still waiting for a single poster who claimed the charges are clear to link the underlying crime that allowed for the felony charges. Anyone?

its not in any way bizarre
-the case has been quiet on wednesdays while the judge handles other cases (tomorrow is wednesday)
So this trial has paused every Wednesday? I didn't know that. Why not go forward on Thursday and Friday

The MSM have their marching orders.
The jurors live in Manhattan and they know their names will come out. They have to live and work with people that would destroy their lives if they vote to acquit.

My prediction is verdict will be Guilty and Trump gets about a 2 point bump in support. These assholes can’t help themselves. It’s as if they are stupid!!

it is not his responsibility but it is his right. here, lets hear it from the man himself:
IIRC the judge told the prosecution if he took the stand they could ask him anything they wanted, even if it had nothing to do with this case.
