You didn’t answer my question. Bongino seems to think they they’re not going to follow through and these charges would go away if Trump just starts refusing to cooperate.

He’s essentially saying he doesn’t actually think they’ll charge him to a cell or to test the waters if they’ll enforce it and come get him - he knows they’d jail him, but he’s smart enough to know the dems know they can’t. There may be a lot of dem supporters out there but they know Biden is a sack of shite to their party.

I like it in the same way I like states disregarding the federal government
It's not really healthy in a sense, but at the same time it's probably needed if we're going to avoid some slow sink into the abyss. We need conflicts and flashpoints, and the earlier the better if want to avoid the uglier ones.
I don't really expect any of that to happen on a big scale or be effective, fwiw.

The Secret Service exists to protect the President from physical attack, not from legal process.
Perhaps YOU want some federal agency to have the power to prevent a State from pursuing the criminal charges that it deems appropriate, but I do not.
Or do you just think that TRUMP alone should be immune ... being a God-Emperor and all?

Trump is running for the Presidency and is hardly just a typical private citizen.

Bongino did say that The SS could shut down an entire wing of the Jail and make sure that he will not see another person UNLESS they are part of His SS.
