Seriously. Which countries are funding terror groups like boko haram? The mysteriously super funded and armed groups like boko haram are a major reason why some African countries can never seem to advance. They are kept in a perpetual state of chaos.


It's like when ISIS seemed to be funded and armed by foreign countries so they could keep entire regions in chaos. I somewhat believe we were the ones funding ISIS, because our government turned a blind eye to what isis was doing, and our government seemed kinda pissed off when trump doubled down and destroyed ISIS. Even state media like wapo was crying when the leader of ISIS was killed.

I hope we also aren't funding boko haram. They are just as bad as ISIS. Those are frickers who raided countless schools and kidnapped female students to use and sell as sex slaves.
