Don’t you think they should spray paint “Equality “ on the 13th green? What about renaming “Amen Corner” to “George Floyd Corner?”

It might not be actually sprayed on the grass, but networks can superimpose words that appear to be on the grass like they do with first down stripes on a football field. I wouldn’t be shocked if a network tried something like that.

CBS won't do shite without getting permission from Augusta National. They dictate to the network, not the other way around.

I always heard Augusta National will only do a one year contract with a network. They hve final approval on all things including commerical sponsors and commerical time limits. So CBS might want to play by their rules or Augusta National will tell them to GTFO.

Nothing will happen at the Masters. I expect no statements from them and the media will fall in line with the professional expectations associated with the tournament. It will be about golf and that’s it.
If the media tries anything, they might get away with it on air briefly, but I’d fully expect immediate changes to prevent it happening again. The National will not bend the knee.

Augusta National won't care. This type of nonsense isn't even new to them. They don't give a shite about the money aspect either. CBS knows where their bread is buttered on this and won't agitate.
