Im thinking they are asking for the world but will negotiate down to no firearms (like in the UK). Just tasers. Maybe firearms locked in patrol car.
Current tasers use 50,000 volts. They should be setup that after the 3rd jolt, if someone is still resisting it jumps up to 100,000 volts (and very few milliamps, amps are what kill).
Let 'em ride the lightening.

Anyone who believes that that is a good idea truly is a low IQ individual. I’m not trying to make a racist statement, because there are far more white leftist supporters than the total black population, but I just don’t know how else to describe such a person. That line of thinking isn’t the result of any hardships, empathy and/or oppression. It’s just plain fricking dumb. I’m not going to say it’s scary that so many buy into it because they are so weak, but it is certainly sad.
Seriously, if only a sizable minority of black people support that, then that entire race is truly lost as a whole. How sad.
