Well, it is. Sorry.
It's not really that hard. Government creates a bunch of jobs with "degree desired' in them that don't REALLY require a degree. Now, this alone is nothing special. Companies do the same all the time.
However, government treats any accredited degree the same as the next. This means that all those joke degrees from HBCUs have a place in government HR that would be laughed out of the private sector.
It's transparent as frick.

The belief was that as jobs returned to the US and the economy grew, it would just absorb those being laid off by government.
The assumption was these people would have or could acquire the skills to work in the private sector, Im not so certain that is true.
Some people are just going to have to buck up and get to work.

Black women are responsible for us landing on the moon so I’m a little surprised that our education system is failing so badly if they’re fine make up a quarter of the DOE.
