Because a lot of them fetishize and love it. Most of them have rejected God and love for others. They can only think of themselves.

What are your unemployed slip and fall clients saying?

It’s interesting that some of our biggest hacks share the same putrid practice area.

She's obviously a complete idiot but, if there's any truth to what she says, they are living in fear everyday mostly because of other "black men".

Luckily premeditation is irrelevant with what he was charged with

This wasn't a stand your ground case at all.

This trial has really exposed some of you as complete retards. If I show up to Alabama's locker room during a football game and am told to leave, do I have the right to start stabbing people? Thats essentially the argument you guys are making defending karmelo. Just completely braindead thinking.

The “most favorable” testimony to Karmelo Anthony over the entire trial was that one kid thought he saw Metcalf either push or attempt to push Karmelo. That’s it. They didn’t even come close to a cognizable stand your ground or self defense argument. And to add, Karmelo had his hands on the knife in the booksack before the alleged push and asked for Metcalf to do something.
In other words, RFK is a disingenuous fig.

Moron, he wasn’t “standing his ground”. He was where he wasn’t supposed to be and he was the aggressor.

RFK seems like the type of personal injury lawyer to wear white tennis shoes with his suit.

Is she referring to living off the government and never having to work a day in their lives? That doesn’t sound so bad.

A separate conversation is how we distinguish this from other stand your ground cases. This potentially degrades the law’s effectiveness. In Texas it was about as rock solid as it gets (you basically only have to reasonably fear for your life).
It's not "standing your ground" if you're not supposed to be there to begin with.
quote:
In Texas, the Stand Your Ground law allows individuals to use force, including deadly force, to defend themselves without a duty to retreat, provided they are in a place they have a right to be and have not provoked the situation. This law applies when a person reasonably believes that force is immediately necessary to protect against unlawful force.

From Thomas Jefferson…….
Post-Emancipation Views: Jefferson believed that if enslaved people were freed, they could not coexist peacefully with white Americans. He consistently advocated for a two-race society, pushing for the mass emancipation and subsequent deportation/colonization of Black Americans to Africa or the Caribbean

He’s been making half-assed excuses for the murderer this whole time.
If he actually is indeed a lawyer, I wouldn’t hire that idiot to write me a form letter.

Well then it’s easy enough for you to end the personal hell of your life, Jasmine.
Or you can continue to be a race huckster and make that money.

He’s a New Orleans personal injury attorney. I suppose he is trying to relate to his client base with the “Mello” nonsense.
