You really believe this was not brought up by anyone? "Hey, we are trying to prove/disprove stand your ground.. but we are going to ignore what was said between them prior to the altercation."

I believe they do but 75% of that agony is self imposed. The other 25% is white liberal manipulation of low IQ black women.

What a miserable fricking POS count.......

Reminder that VOR, tboy, Byron Bojangles, Mwade, and Decatur share this woman’s politics.
That's a short list of disgusting people.
Not only do they share it, but they agree with her and everyone around her that is celebrating the death of an innocent teen simply because he fits the profile of their domestic enemy.

I think the Metcalfs would take living in fear and agony (even though this is BS) over not having their son.

It's not "standing your ground" if you're not supposed to be there to begin with.
Exactly. Application of FL's SYG law requires you to be somewhere lawfully. Trespassing may be an immediate disqualifier.

Someone already cited it for you, big guy. He was in an unwelcome place, and he escalated the situation. There was actual testimony about how unusual it was to hang around in another team's tent, even from defense witnesses.

Now, all he would have to believe is he was in fear of his life. Based on the actions of the other guy, I’m saying it could have been possible for him to need to “stand his ground.”
He was in fear from being asked to leave an estimated 15 times with no physical threat against him , as HE verbally escalated the situation calling the team "pussies," after having been explicitly told that there was no intention to fight? Just admit you haven't followed this at all, or that you are trolling. Your assertions show the reasoning capacity of a moron, and I use that as a technical term. I see no reason anyone should engage with you past this point.

Look at this POS calling his fellow POS "Mellow".
You disgusting frickers really are all in on this one. Just amazing.

I’d call her a piece of garbage but that would be an insult to garbage everywhere.

What? No concern of what ""Mellow"" said? I wonder why.
The evidence of ""Mellow"" being the aggressor along with failing to leave when asked and aggressively telling Metcalf to "touch me and see what happens" was corroborated by multiple witnesses.

Where are you guys getting this idea that anyone is allowed to just go into locker rooms/tents during high school sporting events? Would karmelo have the right to go into a middle school girls bathroom since that is also a public place? Retarded isnt a strong enough word to describe how dumb your ideas are.

That horsehaired cvnt is just showing everyone again how absolutely fricking stupid she is at this point.
Not only is her statement insensitive, it's in poor taste, and insulting.

So I disagree with your proposition there. Now, all he would have to believe is he was in fear of his life. Based on the actions of the other guy, I’m saying it could have been possible for him to need to “stand his ground.” Jury decided it didn’t apply here based on the facts. But I’m making the distinction if they were slightly different (I t even a different jury perhaps) then the self defense law might have applied.
Keep on dying on that hill. Imbecile.

If I’m having a tailgate party on LSU’s campus (a public place) under MY tent, and you show up uninvited and refuse to leave when I ask you, then no…you are NOT where you are supposed to be.
How fricking retarded are you that you need this explained to you?

They always want to have real conversations about race in this country, but are never willing to actually have a real conversation about race in this country. Hell, race in any country.

So using your logic, that this was a "public space", despite the testimony from coaches that each team / school had their own seperate tents, which can be seen in the pictures of the murder scene. And now realizing that all were free to move about as they saw fit, according to your premise. How does one explain a "fear for the life" when being repeated asked to vacate the premises, and telling others "to just touch me and find out"?? Well, looks like Karmello FAFO, unfortuantely it costs a young man his life. It is tragic that lots more than one will be affected here. Not only will the dead man's family live every single day of their life thinking about what they lost, Karmello will cause his family to suffer as they think about his sleepless nights in jail, snuggled up to Bubba, as well as the trauma of witnessing a young man murdered felt by all of those present.
All he had to do was walk away, but his arrogant pride and disdain for "whitey" made him lash out. I feel no pity for him and he should have gotten a much tougher sentence.
