As much as I try various brands I keep coming back to Community medium roast as my go to.

FWIW, Cedar House coffee off of jones creek makes an excellent espresso roast. Congregation Coffee in Algiers used to be my favorite, but they decided to participate in the "bake sale for abortion" bullshite, so i decided to spend my money elsewhere.
Cedar House is a Christian run business, FWIW.
