IF you hire a white person and they suck arse, dealing with it is a completely straightforward process.
If you hire a black person and they suck arse, there is a near 100% certainty that you'll have to document out your arse, and even then, you're gonna end up in a discrimination claim.
In more than 20 years in the Army, I literally NEVER say a black person get a poor rating, counseling, or UCMJ where they didn't play the race card.
NOT ONCE!
