If you hire a black person and they suck arse, there is a near 100% certainty that you'll have to document out your arse, and even then, you're gonna end up in a discrimination claim.

In more than 20 years in the Army, I literally NEVER say a black person get a poor rating, counseling, or UCMJ where they didn't play the race card.

It's unfortunate that this is true.

I too remember being called the n-word. It confused me greatly. There I was, a scrawny white kid in one of Memphis city schools finest being called that by a person I had only known as that.

I guess sticks and stones aren’t the only things that can hurt you if you’re black.

Literally words can hurt

Next will be words that rhyme with TRIGGER

Both plaintiff & defense attys use a book that contains the various amounts awarded for various amounts of "damages" a plaintiff incurs. i.e. a plaintiff who sustains a broken leg, with x amounts of treatment / length of same, the amount awarded is listed as an average amount. I am curious as to the basis of this award, as in how was the plaintiff damaged this much? It will be assuredly appealed by the insurance company providing coverage & the amount drastically reduced. But it does speak as to the mindset of the jury.

This is the way they plan to take Elon Musk down for not getting in line. Slowly bleed him to death with shite like this because they can’t actually cancel him for anything.

In CA? I thought only the backwards red states had racism?

So this dude gets $137 Million for being called an n-word (allegedly) but Ron Goldman's family never gets a dime from OJ for killing their loved one...seems fair.

There's yall's reparations. Now share that with all the blacks. Should be $5, maybe $10 each!

How long until it's discovered that like 99% of alleged race crimes, this one turns out to have a POC perp?

I don't see how this could possibly lead to 10s of thousands of similar lawsuits.

In court, Tesla argued that it never intended to disregard the rights and safety of African-American workers placed by the staffing agency at the plant and that all incidents reported by Diaz were investigated and resolved.

In her closing arguments to the jury, Tesla attorney Tracey Kennedy said “Mr. Diaz’s story simply doesn’t make sense” in light of his encouragement to his son and daughter to take up jobs at the company. She also said Diaz’s claims weren’t supported by the evidence.

This is similar to Justin Fields' claim that the racial climate at UGA was what moved him to see immediate transfer, while his sister is still on campus (and every bit as black) and competes on the softball team.
