One time payment but they have to leave and can never return. Not picking our own damn cotton is the original sin of our Founding Fathers. These morons calling for reparations actually believe that they built America. When most of them couldn't read or write.

I just don’t get the idiotic notion that working class white people are happy to pay a ton extra in taxes because i guess they just love systemic racism? The truth is nobody thinks about that shite and only leftist think that way.

It’s just funny the absurd amount of mental gymnastics people like cubbies will do to avoid pointing out the OBVIOUS cultural problems in that community. Blame everything and everyone else but don’t we dare address what’s clearly happening before our eyes.
I’ve actually worked in majority black communities as a teacher and a coach and I’m just here to tell you, the BIGGEST hinderance to black success where I was were hinderances of their own making. We fought tooth and nail to help those kids get ahead and their own families often were the ones who dragged them down.
Frankly, I’m done feeling like I need to morally justify myself to people like cubbies. The cold hard truth is that most of the black people I knew that were doing poorly in life were getting exactly what they deserved. They didn’t want help. They embraced their broken culture and there wasn’t a damn thing we could do to fix it.

Because he doesn’t know anything. He’s memorized some talking points but he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.

If anything, one could argue that the LBJ playbook has systemically harmed the black nuclear family more than anything but the lefties, instead of recognizing this, think we should simply double down on what hasn’t and isn’t working. It’s so stupid

What is it like to feel obligated to always defend the lunatic left position no matter how crazy? There is literally nothing your comrades could do or say that you won’t find a way to defend.

FIFY. Half of all murders go unsolved with no arrests or convictions so we can’t really say who commits most murders because we don’t know who they are.
Yes we can. If half of all murders get solved then that’s MORE than a representative sample. We can say with confidence the ratios we see will extend to the unsolved murders as well.

Reminds me of generals during WW1 where they didn't care how many died, as long as discipline was maintained and the men followed orders.
As long as they vote for progressive causes, the lefties don't care how many die.
The left, she's flinging poo, we need to figure out what part of society is to blame for this.
The right, well she needs to stop flinging poo.

Why is it important to you to make this personal? This is a sincere question. This is exactly what I meant when I said people act like they are personally insulted when I bring up arguments about systemic racism.
It’s not personal. You absolutely ignored hard facts and examples I presented.. a failed trial run to all of your “ideas”.. and will not accept reality.
Again, we know you better than you know yourselves. Not personal at all. You insulate yourself from the entire community you virtue signal for and just tire the rest of us with your predictable drivel.
You have been shown that a lot of the problems you listed are even taking place under black leadership.
We can’t move in and fix any place because we are hated for “gentrification” and destroying culcha. We can’t ignore it or it’s racist. Alll we can do is hand over money and then that’s blown through fraud and waste As the examples I’ve brought showed.
Yet…. You belieeeve. From afar. Using someone’s else’s money.

This is the frustrating part when all of the stupid excuses are fabricated by people completely blind to the truth; truth that is self evident and when ignored a disaster to forever limit honest solutions

Yep. Frankly, there’s nothing that will satisfy the left anyway. If we move into black areas, we’re gentrifying and culturally appropriating. If we move out, it’s white flight. If we try to help minorities, it’s white savior complex. If we ignore them, we’re heartless racists who ignore the struggle. That’s the point, it doesn’t matter what we do, we’re the bad guy.
People like cubbies honestly probably have a decent heart. She probably has a tender spot but also doesn’t have the wisdom to see what is abundantly clear right before her eyes.
It’s not hyperbolic nor is it too much to ask that black people graduate high school, get a full time job and not have kids with people they aren’t married to. If they do those 3 things, the risk of poverty drops to almost nothing. If you aren’t in poverty, you have a chance to build a nice life in America. America does have period of clear and abhorrent racism in its history but so does every country on the planet. At what point do blacks have to take responsibility for their poor choices?

It saddens me to think that someone so dumb, twisted, and disingenuous is in front of children in an educational capacity.
You are truly warped.

Most of the arguments I've seen for reparations don't call for payments to individuals. They call for investment into black communities, which looks like infrastructure, after school programs, etc.
Well yes, somebody’s got to get rich off of them, government contracts have made a few people very rich.
But make no mistake, the individuals that feel most entitled to this want cash money. They would be insulted if it was put in an IRA. At least we would get 10% back for early withdrawal penalty.

I'll support them getting a one-time payment of $75,000 each, but they had to revoke their United States citizenship and move to Africa. With that kind of money there, they can be kangz n' shite.
I’m not kidding, I would skip a years salary in order for this to happen. Dual income household and we save at a high clip.
I’ll tighten my belt for a year for this country’s crime to tank and the odds of my son getting stabbed in the heart being greatly reduced.

If White Americans are the problem that is holding back Black success, why is Africa still poor? Cubbies can't seem to answer that one.

Brazil imported 11x the amount of slaves than we did.

Native Americans are first in line for reparations. Hispanics and blacks are pretty far back in line.

Every other group got direct payments. They didn’t. They got indirect payments that they had to share with ALL Americans.
Call a spade a spade - that’s not fair. Life isn’t fair but fighting for a greater ideal is what makes America great.
How would you feel if you were them? In this country, if harm is done, and no one is jailed, we pay up. There’s 250+ year history of that.
The moral and ethical debt is growing. Eventually it’ll crash us just as hard as the physical monetary debt if we don’t pay it.
Excepting millions of Americans just to accept a fate you know damn well you wouldn’t accept if it were you is asinine at best. In America we fight for what is duly owed to us. They’re doing exactly what we’re called to do via tradition.
