Pray hard y'all. The inability to control this will make or break our nation. Our enemies are using it against us. The destruction of our nation needs solid strides forward at this point. Baby steps ain't doing it.

Obviously the chance is small it fully goes the Right way, but hopefully it comes out in some way that it forces Congress to do something. Which would be tough, cause they are pretty worthless. It going the Right way is probably the only thing that will trigger Congress to reverse SCOTUS.

Please Lord save the Republic...In Manibus Dei!

It will probably be some kicking the can saying the president himself may not have the full authority, but congress does and would need to act with a law to clarify or a constitutional amendment. But good luck with Congressional action.

Now we could be surprised and see a 5-4 in support of Trump. But those are the same chances of me getting laid tonight as a single fella with no girlfriend and no game.

That would make sense.

Unfortunately I doubt we can find a half dozen congressional representatives who have any.

They twisted logic and legal jargon to uphold Obamacare so they can do the same with this. If enough of them want to…

No guarantee it is. There are still plenty of cases to release and they'd most likely do this one Thursday, prior to a long weekend.

Its a crapshoot which ones they release and when.

I don’t know. It seems like it would be the other way. If there is no constitutional right to birthright citizenship, then it would seem that Congress would have to affirmatively grant birthright citizenship for it to be valid.

I agree, makes sense to release on Thursday, especially as controversial as it could be.

If they put an end to it, I bet it comes out today. If they uphold birthright citizenship, I bet it’s Thursday. All because of politics, which we know this court considers.

If they uphold it, supporters will cloak it in “American values” and tie it in to the 250th.

If they knock it down, the SC will want it done earlier in the week, so that the wailing and gnashing of teeth will soften up by the weekend.

We kind of already know that this decision is going against Trump's position.

Why? Because if it was going to go Trump's way, *ahem* "someone" would have leaked it already.

Correct. Terms ends tomorrow and they have released opinions a few days after 6/30 in the past.

They will deny EO authority and say Congress has to fix. Just like they did when they called Ocare a tax in Sebelius.

Yet I have zero doubt that if it does, you will somehow discover the time to make no less than 20 posts on various threads.

We don't need your bloviating, irrelevant diatribe. We all can think for ourselves....

Well, your sycophants The Powerbottom, Tboy, 56lsu, Vor, chubbs, tardzana and a few others not worthy of mentioning....need all the help they can get.

When Trump opens the insane asylums or the camps up, perhaps they can finally receive what they need.
