H1B are the largest problem. Maybe not as many of them currently but they are becoming the majority slowly with no intention of assimilation to our country. They are on a mission to take over. The H1B is just the Trojan horse for this to happen.

No more Canadians, Swedes, Finns, Russians (like Ovechkin who now holds the goals scored record) in the NHL
No more players like Giannis in the NBA?
No more visiting artists going on tour in the USA to packed arena's - example - the Rolling Stones.
That would suck.

Without regard to the actual ruling itself I was very disappointed in the writing by Chief Justice Roberts as it appeared to be nothing more copy and paste of a bunch of walls for me 1600 to the 1800

I mean, it doesn’t change anything. Those born here are citizens. It would have been nice to have ruled not if here illegally or on green card. Only those with active citizenship in the works. If Congress didn’t hate Americans they’d get to work to fix this.

You do realize that China is sending pregnant women over for their last weeks, right? And not just to California, but to Guam.

Not only that but there is NOTHING stopping the federal government from deporting people entering the country illegally, or in violation of a visa, whether they had a baby here or not. These parents must choose to leave their child here with American caregivers or take it home with them.
I know a family that had this happen to them back in the 70s. Funny thing is the family is mostly "Trumpistas.".... especially the ones that would technically be considered Anchor babies. Family assimilated the heck out of being American once they got their docs in order, and were allowed back in.

All of the ideas and suggestions in this thread are great...until another Democrat takes over in the WH. Just like with Biden, the first thing the next one will do is reopen the border, and then you'll have all the NGOs and globalist networks getting back to helping people move up through South and Central America with food, water, phones, debit cards, whatever they need to get through the Darien Gap to get here and then reproduce.
It's crazy that there are three "conservative" SCOTUS justices who are okay with this happening again in the future.
