All trans people need biannual psych evaluations. Otherwise, they need to be in inpatient therapy. They are a continual threat to society at large.

Sure thing and it's a good question. From a legal perspective, in our district we were "CPI" trained. Essentially they gave us a 1 hour "crisis training" and expected us to use it to de-escalate fights. CPI utilizes various holds and techniques to restrain students without causing them discomfort or pain. In other words, it's a load of horseshite that only works if you're restraining maybe middle school students because that garbage ain't working against a high school male. As someone who trains bjj now, I'd argue CPI techniques put you in more danger of getting hurt yourself than if you just let them fight it out.
That's essentially what I mean by it's a no win situation. If you let them fight, the lawyers sue you for not defending their clients child. If you use CPI, you'll likely get assaulted yourself because it's an ineffective strategy.
If you do what needs to be done, the kids parents can sue you and you'll most certainly be fired. It's a completely unwinnable situation.

This. It's 1 million percent this. I used to be upset with our administrators until I got to know them and had a few beers and they opened up about their real feelings. They hate the bullshite as much as the teachers do but the blood sucking lawyers and worthless parents who use their kids as a money ticket have created a situation where you can and will be sued no mater what you do. It's why there's such a shortage and no one wants to do the job anymore. I'm not putting myself at legal risk of being sued for a 45k a year job. It's not remotely worth it.

The girls needs to get some of her male friends to return the favor.
I know teachers, and the school systems (due to law suits from these trans) are filing are preventing teachers from doing anything. I was told by one that they specifically try to entice teachers to do certain things knowing they will win in a lawsuit with all the Dem judges and school boards.

Indeed. One must ask to what extent am I expected to play along as a character in your theatre. You are a biological male that dresses, styles your hair, wears make-up, and takes a series of steroid hormone receptor agonists and antagonists that promote and suppress secondary sex characteristics to make you appear feminine.
It is costuming and role play. You are method acting a character that you created for yourself and set on the stage of the everyday lives of the people around you. And while you are free to dress and live as you please, to what extent am I expected to participate as a character that acknowledges and engages your persona in the role you cast for yourself in the theatrical production that you created for yourself?
