He showed his true colors at the end. He cares about the environment and Democracy and now there's nobody to champion them. In other words, he cares about what he thinks of the environment and Democracy, not what will actually uphold them, because it isn't the Democrats.

Exactly. This rant is akin to someone bitching about their favorite football team getting their arse kicked. Bill will always vote Democrat no matter how bat shite crazy they are.

He voted based on:
1. Democracy
2. Environment
How can you ever respect a single thing he says after saying that, given what has taken place in our country in the past 4 years. Bill Mahr is a blowhard liberal loser. Who is he blackmailing at HBO to keep his show on the air??

Stop posting this crap. Bill Maher isn’t “seeing the light “. He’s not taking the Red pill.
Just stop.
Just stop.

Maher is who he is, and I agree he hasn’t moved towards the center, the left has just been getting more extreme and making him seem more centrist…
But for all the sense he may make, he clearly suffers from TDS, and smart as he may be, doesn’t realize it

I really love Maher. He is liberal, but he has been consistent as frick on his views and calls his side on their shite consistently. If more liberals were like him, we'd have a fricking great country.
You know that white speck on top of chicken shite, it's still chicken shite and Maher is a useful idiot.

Despite all these 'revelations' he keeps having, he has only gotten annoyed, angry at the Left, and not moved away from any of them. His beef is more 'you are all making me look bad' instead of slowly realizing that they're lunatics.

No he doesn't. He 100% supports the left and always votes for and donates to them.
He hates the radical left and constantly ridicules them
He blames them for everything, and blames the Democrats for refusing to disavow themselves from the radical left.

Yet come November he pulls the Dem lever like a good little boy Talk is useless
He’s said it before and he said it in this monologue, he’s a single issue voter: environment.
He’s pissed at the dems for blowing important, core issues (eg. environment) by going so hard on woke BS that doesn’t matter.

He said he votes for democracy and the environment. We need less of these morons.

He seems like the equivalent of those of us who hated where our party was going under the RINO/Deep State leadership, but there's no way in hell we'd vote for whatever democrats stood for.
If the democrats get a more common sense candidate, he'll jump behind them. But for whatever issues are important to him, he won't vote for a republican.
I'm not defending him here, but in a world where the liberals want to continuously yank the wheel to the left, I at least see Maher and those like him as someone who at least wants to stop pushing the limit to the left, and keep it more center of the aisle. I can palate that easier than the evolution to hell.
