Yet, Bill Maher continues to vote and argue that other people should vote people who share Neil’s views. So, who is the idiot here?

Bill is still an unfunny leftist that basically pulls a more fancy and better John steward. When he wants to make a point he is serious, you swat him and dominate him as someone from the right and it’s woah man it’s just comedy and entertainment. He just does it in a much higher level.

NGD has a terminal case of TDS.

An NCT premise:
When dealing with a scientific issue, if the language addressing the issue evolves more quickly than the science itself, a political infusion has occurred.

Tyson is far more a master of language, than of the underlying science.

The *smart kids*, like Allan Lichtman, Jen Rubin, and apparently Neil DeGrasse Tyson have trouble when the rest of us don't believe them and push back. They're smart, we're dumb, and we should sit down and just do as they say.

Full on elitism. And we, the low information class, the unclean peasants, are revolting.

That was just a desperate red herring because he knows Bill is right.

This is all part of the program by the leftist globalists. Divide and conquer.

People like Neil are useful idiots. They will carry water for the communists, so they have a spot at the trough.

At some point Western men need to put all of this "debate" to rest. We cannot move forward if we're dragging a bunch of lunatics.

It was a hail Mary, because he assumed Bill wouldn't have a clue, and it sounded good. But then the ' I've looked into it ' doesn't play out too well once anyone bothers to actually look into it. Neil's full of himself.

No, Channel swims probably aren't the sole measure of long-distance swims, but it can't be dismissed. Total successful swims, fastest, youngest, oldest... it's not left to doubt.

Neil thought he could laugh his way out of it, but Maher wasn’t having it.

While Bill can be a insufferable asswipe, I do respect that he attacks these woke jerkoffs.

This is one of the few times when his endearing qualities of being a prick actually pays off for Bill.

Hold up a sec. Let's not feed into their dysphoric delusions by classifying them as any sort of woman. Using their desired term of "trans woman" comes across to them as lending them credibility.

They are male transvestites suffering from gender dysphoria, or "male trannies" for short.

He is correct about long distance swimming.

Women have curves. They are naturally more buoyant.

Are you sure? Is curves and buoyancy enough? Michael Phelps set world records because he is a naturally gifted swimmer - his advantage is that he is 6'7" and has huge hands and feet that help propel him through the water, not that he is naturally buoyant.

Last time I looked, no woman has ever come within a length of the pool of the minimum time needed to qualify for the 1500M Men's Freestyle. If you stretch out the distance to include swimming the English Channel, the men still dominate with the record for men a full 40 minutes faster.

Maher didn't do a good enough job in that clip. Tyson was trying to muddy the water by only talking about the tweet and it being her opinion while not particularly addressing what appeared in the magazine. BTW, objective people have know Scientific American is a leftist biased clown show of a rag for decades. Tyson is a hack.

And, Maher didn't have the intellectual fore power to cone back on that stupid long distance swimming comment? Good lord, what a light weight.

They try to say the same for ultra long distance running but a study spanning from the 1970s until 2013 says otherwise. The gap may narrow in some circumstances but they don't surpass men on average.

quote:

In time-limited races held during the 1975–2013 period, men were faster than women for all race durations, the sex gap for all race durations increased with increasing age and the sex gap decreased in 6, 72, 144 and 240 h, but increased in 24 and 48 h. Female ultra-marathoners seemed to be able to narrow the gap to men in some ultra-marathon race durations in the last 40 years. The men-to-women ratio differed among age groups, where a higher ratio was observed in the older age groups, and this relationship varied by distance.
