Bingo.

This man is the worst kind of RINO in that he's a typical democrat. Never ever would he change a flat tire or walk in a man's shoes that weren't $500 rare hide tassel loafers. He certainly would never set foot in rust belt city other than a campaign photo op. He would probably fake riding a bike to work (like Secretary Pete) after riding in his limo most of the way.

Thing is, he doesn't even have the swagger to get much attention these days. He is pretty much irrelevant.
