I don’t doubt for one second that Gates knows exactly what is involved with USAID. He admits that he personally helps with billions in the deceptive programs

This is NOT a throw the baby out with the bathwater issue/decision. This is a burn it down to the ground, prosecute everyone who was complicit that you can and rebuild it in a completely different model. Way beyond repair.

Why can't they just literally list out where every dollar is going in the department so the public can make up their own minds?
If the USAID is SO CRUCIAL, then they need to tell us where all the money is going and maybe people will back off.
