It really does. I don't think he could overcome that even if people agreed with what he was pushing.

I really hope Trump puts someone in charge of election reform and they go hard after the voter suppression frickery in rural Pennsylvannia. Hang that shite around his neck early.

Newsome got fricked by fate like Desantis.

He never had the proper availability when the opportunity was present and his window looks closed.

California liberals are not palatable to the rest of the country.

I feel like Whitmer ruined her chances by doing that stupid anti catholic skit.

Shapiro is the only Dem on their bench that worries me. Dudes of all races will not vote for Whitmer.

The next Democrat is going to have to find a way out of the tranny mess. It’s so easy to hang around their necks and so repulsive to everyone but the coastal freaks.

Why do you think he started cleaning up his state a few months ago?

I think Newsome is 1000x more competent than Kamala. He won’t be as easy to defeat as you think despite his positions.

I think Shapiro and Whitmer would be better opinions for the Dems.

I like Vance’s odd in 28 though.

And we should remember, part of pulling young black & Hispanic men, young college age voters... a part of the appeal is because Trump is 'Alpha-As-Fvck'.

Remember that when we look at any successor to #47.

You'll see Newsom start to gaslight moving to the center over the next four years.

By the time he runs most will consider him a moderate and he will point to a few things hes vetoed etc. He already started with it earlier this year.

He's cunning. He'll turn in to the biggest moderate/MAGA adjacent chameleon you've ever seen.

Yesterday's election showed the majority of the country won't vote for a far left candidate. If Democrats are foolish enough to pick him in 2028, they will lose again. They will need to pick someone who can at least appear to be middle of the road like Josh Shapiro to be competitive in 2028.

Democrats are fricked... because they will only double down on their woke, far left insanity. Those people are the ones guiding the party now and making up its core base of voters.

I'd rather run against Newsom than Sharpiro.

I'm not sure about that, one thing I've learned the last 13 months is the democrats really don't like Jews.

Whitmer is really unlikeable IMO. Kelly or maybe Cooper from NC - more of a moderate (at least the way they appeal vs a CA liberal) could do well and is probably what they need.

They will run Newsom and scream how abortion is killing women. The women will go for Newsom and they outnumber the men.

Meanwhile, Kamala becomes governor of Ca.

I don't think the dems are going to go back to the woman well again. We might see a slight recalibration or triangulation, at least in appearance.

I think the following will be considered

Shapiro
Beshear
Warnock
Kinzinger
Michael Bennett
Roy Cooper
Wildcard (Phil Scott switching to Democrat)

Vance VS Shapiro

Book it. And Shapiro should not be taken lightly. He comes across very moderate and reasonable. And he delivers PA most likely.
