Listed myself as parent & 2022 candidate...
I have one minute and I submitted two questions with a request for one word responses..
1) Endorse or denounce Assistant Superintendent's leaked video promoting CRT
2) Do you call for her immediate resignation, yes or no.

The hardest thing to do in Louisiana government is to find the person in charge of curriculum decisions for public schools. Teachers have no say. Principals have no say. Local school boards claim they have no say. Elected BESE board members claim they have no say. The appointed head of the state DOE has no say. Well, shite, WHO DOES!?

This country can be taken back...Im a nobody in this town, no social media connections and I made my local campaign page and posted in a couple concerned parent/ rant & rave groups last night and woke up to 153 followers,25 text messages ( I did post my # ), and multiple emails.
I'm just a normal dude and look how a community is ready to fight. I have a a follower/message from every race and personality.
We have to try, jump into something local, win or lose.

Financing haha...I have about 360 days left to rally this Conroe ISD community, sooner I start the better & cheaper. My wife was like spend what you need, don't be a jackass.
Long story short-->
School board meetings are free , public library community rooms are free , and I'll hit some HOA community centers for the first phase.
Facebook campaign website was free but I'm paying to have one built for two reasons. They will probably block me & I want to create one pager with QR code that lands on the website and Facebook does not offer that.
Formal campaign season will be yard signs and maybe some direct mail with same QR code.
Word of mouth and local interviews will hopefully be a force multiplier.

We just overturned two School District Board members seats here and just fell short of a third because of low voter turnout.
They won on Parents rights to be involved with their kids education

The correct answer here is to take over the power to change the curriculum yourself. When you’re actively changing it, someone with that responsibility will come forth and there is your person to throw the accountability on.

I didn't run from it. My pinned post called for her immediate resignation or termination, full statement from Board of Trustees , and conducting a peaceful protest.
It was (WAS) covered up...I 100% anticipate my comment & question request will be denied. Every single person who contacted me 1-on-1 wants this pushed hard & I'm trying to do my part.
