Partially true. It is a daily poll, but it's not internet as in a twitter poll, it's not "miniscule" and there's definitely something to be taken from it.
Mark Mitchell has been very clear how the purpose of this tracking poll is to show trends rather than the actual numbers. The MOE is larger than a deep dive poll, but the trend is what's most telling. The trend shows that Trump has been holding a solid lead with a few blips of noise here and there.
In the YT video I am watching right now, Mark just said that this poll has a +/- 5 pt MOE. He says Trump most likely in a 1-2pt lead

Obligatory reminder to ignore the polls and get out and vote, and bring friends on board. The establishment is going to cheat. A Trump victory has to be absolutely overwhelming to make a Harris "win" statistically impossible.

I just calculated it. He is using a 95% confidence level for the +/-5% MOE.

I just calculated the MOE for the five day moving average. It's +/- 2.3%. 95% confidence level.

Because its really a 7 day poll, like I stated yesterday, average the last 7 days and its going to be Trump plus 2 to 2.5 on average, which is a Trump massacre.
