Birmingham setup three super testing spots - the Surgeon General visited and promoted it.
After a few days the Spokesperson for the testing site was disappointed only 30 or so people a day were showing up to be tested.
They didn't address the fact that no one showed up to be tested because no one was sick. Only that they needed more to show up and get tested.
ETA: "Hey I feel great today, think I'll roll down to the Galleria and get tested for the Chyna Virus."

I can get tested in like 6 diff places in my city right now, of only 85k people.
