True dat - I've read of the way election returns were 'counted' in deep blue districts for decade or more. Places like Philadelphia - it is "just the way it's done"
the introduction of 'mail in balloting' + 'early voting' + 'delayed counting' just allowed it to occur on an industrial scale.
There is NO common sense argument that provides confidence in the 2020 election 'results' = especially from the contested states.
In many states, prior to the 2020, the use of ballots for 'disabled' people was highly examined - difficult to obtain and the completed ballot inspected rigorously. These ballots represented a very minor quantity relative to the total number of votes on Election Day. In those states, the rejection rate for irregularities was quite high - well over 10%.
However, once 'early balloting' became a more 'normal' way to vote, the rejection rate fell to practically ZERO.
No-one who wants to maintain a semblance of common sense can possibly hold the opinion that the 2020 election was no more dishonest than any other years.

How does Trump lose in 2020 and win in 2024? Anyone honest knows what happened with Covid rule changes and lax standards. He didn’t lose in 2020. Democrats only hurt themselves because they’d be finished with Trump by now.
