Biden White House To "Start Acting Now" On Reparations

President Joe Biden 's senior adviser Cedric Richmond said the White House is 'going to start acting now' on reparations for African-Americans
Richmond said on Axios on HBO that Biden remains supportive of H.R. 40, which if passed would create a commission to study reparations
The former Louisiana lawmaker didn't directly answer a question about direct payments to descendants of slaves
Instead he pointed to policies Biden backed, such as free tuition for students attending historically black colleges and universities

My Dad came directly from Africa and my mom's family immigrated after slavery. Will they expect me to pay for this? And if so, why?

Only people of color go to college free. Even those that are not poor, because what is the definition of poor to a democrat? If you make less then 350,000?

This shite won't happen. I don't know anybody who would agree to pay people for shite they didn't do. I don't think Americans would stand for this. It would be the line in the sand imo.... More over, the only purpose of reparations is to create division where there is none. The dems thrive when the masses are divided...or hate each other. That is all this would accomplish....creating a greater division between black and whites. That is the underlying purpose of this whole fricking thing....

The fricked up thing is... tax paying black Americans will be paying for those reparations also. From that perspective, the government is stealing their money and then giving them a little back...and calling it reparations.

They say a lot of white plantation owners knocked up some of their slaves. Do I get a check if someone down the line in my family tree was a slave? If they have good enough records to figure out who their descendants are, they should be able to track down white people that have a former slave in their family.
