I'm honestly shocked Biden has fought this so hard. It's an election year and he has lower support for his immigration policies than he does the economy. He should be singing the praises of Abbott for doing something, however small in the grand scheme of things, to stem the flow of illegal immigration. He should hope it keeps up so he can win another election then he goes full open borders again. It's the politically smart thing for him to do to accomplish the goal he wants. I completely disagree with that but it's the smart thing for him to do.

Texas needs to make it a TXDPS area for x district.
Then they should put up a permanent fence to protect their assets such as vehicles and have the area off limits except the temporary lobby where the public can go.
Make the lobby a 8x8 space with a window.
Problem solved.
If not say hey they can cut the fencing material as the Supreme Court ruled.
