We have no idea how many undercover, non uniformed, private lethally armed and under orders to kill all perceived dissenters are present.
IMO the biggest message and unknown though is: Who is in control of this operation? No one is asking.

Not one peep about who ordered the troops present, is in command of said troops, nor what their true purpose and orders are.
