Do pardons cover civil suits? If they harmed people with their illegal actions than they should be sued into oblivion.

I don't see how this ends well for them. Either they all end up getting Luigi'd, this gets overturned, or Trump gives full pardons to everyone he has ever said hello to and we open up the camps tomorrow.

Milley told China that he basically had their back and that he wouldn't execute any orders Trump gave in any military conflict with them. He committed treason and treason is not protected by a presidential pardon.

Were this to be legal, Biden or any other pol could, on the final day of their presidency, declare “a pardon for anyone who currently registered as a Democrat” which would free all Democrats to do anything they wish to stop a Republican from being elected, including shooting them in the head.

If this is the case, it should spur an immediate inquiry and a very intense and thorough investigation. Maybe you can't jail these people but a damning report should be eternally attached to their names.
