You know what a good term for you is, SFP?
A “technicality troll”
You take contrarian positions on numerous absurd court rulings or statistics or political developments based on “technicalities” and “fine print”
This is a perfect example. A damning statistic is released and your first response is about “aw shucks you know, it’s actually 30% of the price increase, not a 30% price increase”
It’s technicality trolling

That is a SIGNIFICANT difference.
The reason why correcting dishonesty is so important is shown in this thread, where people believe the dishonest reporting. It's an epidemic online.
The multiplier effect in addition to establishing the dishonesty itself is that many people who run and repeat the dishonesty have to be educated on the basics of the situation.
Wouldn't you agree Trump's interest rate decreases and spending policies in 2020 were 2 much more significant causes?

Exactly. Anything to take the blame off of the disaster known as Biden and the democrats that caused him to receive 81,000,000+ votes. They must have really loved his policies.
81,000,000+ votes!! Still can not get paid to build a POTUS library.

Yea when you flood the country with people and then also give those people illegal and bullshite H1Bs loans that citizen can’t get it’s going to do that.
Black America should be burning the Dems up as it probably had a bigger impact on their housing.
It also clearly doesn’t help to have Black Rock
Buying up homes, the deflated rates and the money printing.
The easiest to fix are removing illegals/H1bs and putting constraints on black rock.

Of course it did. But all they hear from their pastors and MSM (Lying Media) is that POTUS Trump is a bad man.

Still trying to understand how an illegal immigrant can borrow money to buy a house in the USA.
"Hey, I need 500K to buy the house and I am here illegally".
You must be the kind of unimaginitive person who can only think of 4 when someone says "put 2 and 2 together"...
ZERO imagination

We saw this phenomenon in Southern California. It’s been going on for decades. And of course Southern California is flooded with illegal immigrants but their presence never drives down housing prices. Housing prices go up and up. It’s incredible.

Yes it is. Yet you only seem concerned with correcting 1 side while pretending to be impartial.

You must be a banker who is about to lose pension and income because of your termination associated with loaning federally insured funds to an illegal immigrant.

95% of all land east of the Rockies is privately owned. 12% of the land west of the Rockies is privately owned.
Huge difference.
