I GUESS Northampton County didn't specify WHICH postmaster out of concern for his license plate being known. On the other hand, why not post an honest response: "He's A postmaster (not THE)."

I agree. I saw that the Trump campaign is filing a lawsuit against Bucks County regarding the delays for the in-person mail in voting, but has the campaign or the RNC weighed in on this video to anyone's knowledge?

I have poor vision even with glasses so watching the first time on my phone, I got it wrong. I still can't tell if the guy dropping the ballots is the guy in the photo; however, someone says in the video, he's from the post office.
He drove up from Rhode Island to drop off ballots from Pennsylvania.
Or, he's driving a rental car.

So this took place at the Northampton County Courthouse (669 Washington St, Easton, PA 18042) based on a Google street view. If this guy is indeed Easton's Postmaster, why is he driving a car with Rhode Island plates and acting extremely suspicious dropping the ballots off? He could have said, "Hi, I'm (Insert name) the Postmaster for Easton, PA and am dropping off (X) ballots". The suspiciousness of the mannerisms of the people involved coupled with this individual showing up in an unmarked vehicle with out of state plates is what is bothering everyone.

If he’s the postmaster, someone should drive to his place of employment and take a picture to compare.

Not saying it's true, but here's the reporting. Allegedly the guy who dropped off the ballots was Charles Narciso "the acting postmaster" (of where???):
