unless Texas fixes its voter laws

Texas going blue was a BS talking point the Left has floated for years. Their laws are straight. Beto had zero chance to win before, during, or after any "perceived" blue wave.

Much like Georgia will miraculously return red in 2022 and 2024. Spoiler Alert: It was never leaning blue until cheating occurred.

Repubs better fill it all out. I never really understand how #s don't match up from top down.

In the statewide races the GOP holds all seats in Texas. When I've voted, the last few years I can't recall seeing a local or state-wide race where the GOP didn't field a candidate.

Make no mistake. Robert Francis would be Texas version of Gavin Newsome & he can win if they get enough voter fraud. The media will be on his side & every Totalitarian Karen in the big cities & suburbs will be voting for him. They LOVE him. This is serious.

Beto voted against relief for Hurricane Harvey victims in 2017.

He didn’t support the bill Ted was referring to because it didn’t include reauthorization of funds for the Children's Health Insurance Program and the Community Health Centers. He didn’t see that particular bill as a good deal for TX citizens who relied on those programs. He otherwise did support other Harvey relief aid.

What a loser. Is this all he’s capable of doing in life besides wiping out on a skateboard?

Beto is a classic grifter. shite, even progressives see through him.

You're turned into a very disappointing "intellectual" with absolutely no independent thought.

Malcom X warned you people decades ago, and you're still to stupid to get it.

I guess his goal is to run for and lose every major political office in the country.

Robert Francis the fake Hispanic will get destroyed. He is as fake as you are and has zero shot.

He needs to leave Texas forever.

We do not want you here, Robert Francis.

Good luck in Texas, buddy

It's a perfect storm developing on the vast plains of Texas now. There's serious Abbott fatigue; his record as governor has been weighed in the balance, and found wanting.

Many Texans remember too well the fatal chill of February. Over 100 Texans died as a result of Abbott's inaction, and the cold wave vied with Hurricanes Katrina and Harvey as the costliest natural disaster ever. Also Abbott has proved feckless in mitigating the current border crisis.

I'm not saying Beto will win, but his odds are improving by the day.

A lot of people are going to talk about the gun thing with Beto but reality is that was his only coherent policy stated in two campaigns. The rest of his stumps and speeches were long winded populist ramblings about visiting every whataburger

Abbott is unpopular but I don’t think a dem is electable with the Democrat party line on energy

Meh most polls have him down by 9 points. Get him rambling about cutting oil jobs and he won’t stand a chance

I hold my nose and with republican a lot but I’ll take pleasure in voting against beto

there are a few in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and the Valley where democrats go uncontested.

My Texas State Rep hasn't had a democrat challenger in 10 years. The last time there was a democrat running, it was because we had a MTG type candidate. Not saying i'm wholly against MTG or this other lady, but they just bring out a bit more opposition. A guy from my church who's fairly conservative primaried her in 2012. After primaries, he's had smooth sailing for a while.
