I don't know where Beto is on the Green New Deal but if he gets on board that will surely seal the deal. He'll outpass Booker and maybe even Harris as an attractive 2020 Democrat.

Is there a chance that Beto is a pawn of the DNC designed to try and peel off votes from Bernie so that Biden or Harris can have a better chance of winning?

I don't see how Bernie loses currently - he's like Trump in 2016 and his base of 30% or so is fricking rock solid. He will win in a crowded field.
