Is there anything specific which has changed in your day-to-day life in the past 7 months? I mean, besides a diatribe about the cost of fuel, did you cancel vacation plans, are your bills not being met, son or daughter not go to college?
That's a lot of frickery to avoid the realities of the situation. This conflict has come at a huge cost to consumers and tax payers.

Exactly, and since they cant get any more oil out of the country and have demonstrated no appetite to openly engage the US, Id say its a mute point.
China was getting cheap oil before this started and the country was crumbling, now we have added 300 billion to it. The economics dont work, they had a budget deficit, running out of water, and a terrible electric grid before the destruction.

Well, since you couldn't answer the question... lets see what I did this past Fri/Sat - (instead of clutching pearls):
Accountants paperwork came back (we always file in Aug).. getting back a few thousand. Nice.
Took my oldest to newest bowling league, while wishing I was the the UAB/Navy game.
Drove to on Northport on Sat at noon (business). Had to fill up on the way back ($4.15/gal). Saw just as many people from South Carolina driving over down from Hoover/Birmingham as I did Alabama fans.
Took daughter to see Coyote vs. ACME (a pretty funny movie, which seems to have made a ton at the box office). Even splurged for one of those insane popcorn / drink deals. Theater looked pretty busy.
But hold on to your huge cost to consumers and tax payers.

Probably greatly degraded. I’d still like to see a deal that will hopefully prevent them from restarting their nuclear program and also keeps them from continuing to cause problems in the Strait. Of course, with any deal, we’ll have to see if the Iranians will actually honor it.
