That is a title 7 issue isn't it? It requires congress to revise title 7 to include sexual orientation, right? I have had a few conversations with a friend of mine who is gay and thought about submitting a petition to petitions.whitehouse.gov. Have you thought about doing that?

Not just specifically in Atlanta, but around the country. I know MAGA gays from DC, LA, and from a lot of the small towns throughout the south.

The fact of the matter is that no pre Trump Republican was going to pass gay marriage. It would isolate a larger sector of the base.
It's easy for Trump and other GOP leaders to embrace them NOW THAT THE HARD WORK OF PASSING IT has been resolved. I'm glad hes standing up for himself and making a decision he feels benefits him.
