Not at all! Mine is a message of promoting ideals that make America great, regardless of immutable characteristics. Proud to MAGA right alongside ya, amigo

Nevermind, I said I would stop picking on the poor guy.
Back to the OP.

I'm going to stop hijacking this patriot's thread about something else entirely
Agreed. But it was someone else in this thread accusing one idealogy of "group think" as if it doesn't happen on both sides.
And then you go and post this shite. Can you not read? It clearly says in the OP that we were talking about human caused climate change.

Thank you. This was repeated to him ad nauseum throughout his own thread FROM REPUBLICANS and he still goes with "republicans don't believe in climate change."

So why are there so many who are so liberal?
Because the Republicans fricked themselves by opposing gay marriage. There is no reason why two consenting parties without harming anyone else shouldn’t be able to enter into a legally abiding contract between themselves.
But I will give the hardcore Republicans and this board a lot of credit in that they are far less homophobic than they were 5 years ago. I give three reasons for this:
1) Gay marriage was legalized and they realized it didn’t change their lives in really any measurable way.
2) They started to listen to gays on the Right like the currently irrelevant Milo.
3) The Orlando Massacre. They looked at that properly thinking “That could be my son, daughter, or friend killed in that. They were normal people having fun killed by a religious extremist. This has to stop.”
The Right now doesn’t give two shits what gays do, and if they were smart they’d extend the olive branch to them, say that they should also be allowed to adopt kids, and then tons of them could get on board with the economic policy.

He could do a couple of things like work to get non-discrimination in housing and employment for the LGBT community. In actuality, you don’t hear about this being a real issue much anymore. In Georgia, you can actually fire someone for being gay and legally state that as the reason. No one does that anymore, but it’s still legal. This would be a largely symbolic gesture, but the Dems have NEVER even tried to get this done.
Trump could do three things to completely insure his reelection:
1) End the War on Drugs
2) Pardon every non-violent drug offender
3) Add gays to Title VII
I think he would take fricking California if he did those 3 things. It’d be the biggest asskicking since 1984.

#truth
I cannot name one single republican I know well enough to honestly discuss politics who actually doesn’t support gay marriage contracts. (Per this thread - many people aren’t totally honest with their politics if you don’t know them well).

Welcome my Gay MAGA brother. MAGA is MAGA. Trump is your President. An Orange coat for you.

There was about a 10 page thread on this same subject about a month or so ago.
I was pleasantly surprised by how many conservative gay men and women are on this board. And of course, the leftist came out in droves with numerous gay slurs to refute it. (Surprise, lol)
Anecdotally speaking, I'm friends with at least four gay men on Facebook and they are MAGA as frick, so I'm not surprised.
The right is a large tent where everyone is welcome, despite the lies of the left.

We live in a world where it is easier to come out as gay than come out as a conservative or frankly anything non-prog. Truly amazing.
Liberal Dad: "What is it son? You can tell me anything. Are you gay?"
Son: "No dad, I'm a Trump supporter."
Liberal Dad: "Oh God noooooooooo! I've failed as a father! How could you?! Get out! You're no longer my son! I banish you! Reeeeeeeeeeee!!!"

Allow me to say that I respect your stance and I'm sorry for the hateful comments you may see here about gays.
Not all conservatives think that way.

In the 4 years I have been here I went from being invited to parties at least once a week to suddenly no longer getting any invites. All because at 1 of the parties I mentioned I was a Trump supporter. My wife no longer gets the invites either.

However, things have changed a lot recently. When they ask me I always say to them, "if I answer this question do you promise not to yell at me and cause a scene?" Amazingly that has worked really well for me. Also I am surprised about the number of people that hear my answer and then say, "shite man, me too, I love the guy, wish he was our president." That always becomes one of those "did we just become best friends?" moments.
I noticed this in Canada. But not from white people. The native Canadians (injuns) and the other brown people (mideast-ish) all spoke in low voices saying they wish their president was Trump. All while I was just trying to avoid politics. Every white person in Canada seems to hate Trump, at least outwardly.

Crazy, but I was on the train when he announced his candidacy. I knew there was something that would separate him from the pack of both parties.
I remember thinking, "This guy is brutally honest and has "frick you money", he's my guy.
