What does it say when the BBC is completely unmoored from reality?

Yes but we're not talking about the departure of late night comedians like Craig Ferguson, or Conan O'Brien. We are talking about the departure of unfunny snarks like Colbert and Kimmel.

Are they really trying to gaslight everyone into thinking Kimmel was suspended for the jokes about Trump and the White House ballroom construction that immediately followed the "jokes" about MAGA and alluding to Robinson being MAGA and not some lefitst lunatic?

B) what Kimmel was saying was neither comedy nor satire

C) ABC affiliates drove this train, not the government (which is the opposite of what happens in Britain)

Yep.

Plus I'm sure he'll show up on Netflix or a podcast or Comedy Central next if he wants it.

Their affiliate stations shut him down. These are public airwaves.

Before they say anything they should revise their laws that allow for the arrest of someone flying the Union Jack.

"Reverence " for late night tv shows???
Lmao.... that's a bit overstated!
Johnny Carson was the best and Letterman was ok, but the propaganda late night tv has become is unwatchable for anyone without TDS.

Apparently late night talk show hosts lying and inciting violence against other Americans for their beliefs is "good for late night comedy" shows.

Need to add that he insinuated he'd attack the populace with F-15s.

I better not be in a fish & chips joint and laugh out loud while listening to that as that would be hateful

Their TDS-fueled hatred has them all in denial about this.

The free market drove this decision. Something else that chaps their asses to no end.

BBC should worry more about the demise of their country, which is already "lost".

Sorry. What happened is local companies in the Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Phoeniz, Charlotte, Raliegh, Nashville, Salt Lake City, Spartanburg, Birmingham and so on called up Nextar and threatened to pull their advertisements because they did not want their company to be associated with Jimmy Kimmel. Not some blue hair freak or bot on twitter. Nextar called ABC and said they will not put Jimmy's slop on the air. ABC found out they are not going to be getting that money.

When did outright lies become comedy.

Kimmel was nothing more than a lying propagandist and the leftists cheer.

The most interesting thing about this to me, is that I think this backlash has something to do with seeing the bobbies in the UK going door-to-door to arrest people for X posts. I genuinely feel like this movement was inspired by shite like that, and fear it could possibly make its way here.
