It's a bunch of trash obstructing a busy public intersection. Screw the private property bs. Your "memorial" is a nuisance.
Perhaps it is a nuisance, but the question is whether or not any individual has the right to destroy what they find to be a nuisance because the thought crosses their mind to do so.

They can build it back if they don’t like it. Maybe he had good reason to tear down the memorial to a life long criminal.

He wanted to make a left turn on a legal public roadway. He was simply trying to remove an obstruction in the road.

I wish he had not driven his truck to the scene and hope/should have left his cell phone at home.

Respect, but that doesn't change the situation. Until the right is willing to play dirty, we're going to keep getting bent over. We need a leader with the balls to do everything the left claimed Trump would do

Hope he's prosecuted.

As much as I think it's absurd to memorialize someone of Floyd's character and actions, I don't think memorials should be destroyed, but removed according to the law and proper authorities.

My family and I always have celebrated the 4th of July by burning, looting and tearing down statues. Why would you stand opposed to such cherished American traditions?

I'd still leave that up to the proper authorities to sort out.

Yeah. Citizens should call the local police precinct so the proper authorities can...oh wait....never mind!

In this case, it absolutely is. It's destroying evil. You parade yourself around as some virtuous religions person, but you are the epitome of what Nietzsche described as slave morality. I want no part of your religious beliefs.

The impotence of a eunuch. Do you know why Christians stopped being martyrs in the Coliseum? It wasn't because the leaders of Rome saw the light of Christ.
