The crash and burn of “real estate influencers” and flip it tv show personalities will be so epic.

Hate this for the 10% of decent realtors out there, but they’ll be fine long term.

The other 90% deserve their comeuppance. After two years of their bullshite, it couldn’t happen to a more deserving bunch.

Good. Needs to drop more. The housing market in Atlanta is a bubble.

6 months ago custom home builders in Houston were not paying BTSA (Buyer to Selling Agent) commissions.

About 2-3 months they reinstated at 3%. Some are now offering 4% BTSA.

Inventory is on the rise as sales have dramatically slowed and people under contract are backing out which is increasing the inventory issue.

Affordable housing is something the Democrats strive for with tireless effort.

Good job.

Wasn’t there also a show with a couple of Hispanic sisters (and their husbands)?

Just think, the new .75 increase hasn't had time to filter out into the economy yet and we likely have at least another .5 increase coming by the Fed's November meeting.

Realtors over the next six months or so...

I’m sure if the bubble bursts, all of these cities will adjust values and their obscene property tax increases.

Yeah like when they start taxing autos on mileage to make EV owners pay their portion, they will never remove the fuel tax.

Double dipping is the norm.

All Christina does is direct traffic. She never lifts a finger and just barks out orders. No dirt under her pretty nails.

I bought our house for $375K in March 2021. Zillow now estimates $421K.

Whatever crack they're smoking, I appreciate it.

Big surprise....not! ZIRP has been the most detrimental and catastrophic monetary policy against the American people in US history....sadly, most street level Americans are clueless to the financial raping they been subjected to by a reckless Federal Reserve aided by a corrupt federal government.....but it's ok, all the institutional investors/banks got theirs.
