1. No criminal acts yet alleged.
2. Sources are the NY Times, NBC, who've reviewed the financials and Avenatti. It's assumed that his source gave him a bank suspicious activity report.
3. the reporting following the Cohen search was that SDNY was investigating FEC violations and bank fraud. I don't think this changes that.
4. Nick Akerman (former Watergate prosecutor) was saying yesterday that DOJ was required statutorily for SDNY to serve that warrant. With Columbus Nova money passing through that LLC, I imagine Mueller is still involved.

It's a grim reality, but I think there will be at least a couple of suicides once Mueller announces that he's ending the investigation and it's nowhere near Trump. There are mentally unstable leftists out there who wake up every day hanging by a thread to learn that Trump is going to jail. Being slapped in the face by reality will be too much for them to handle.

Do we know if these entities or associates knew each other before? Do we know what services they offered? You know not all consulting is directly receiving consulting services from the firm you hired, right?
