Avenatti is not entitled to Cohen's bank records as to how any of the hush money was obtained. It would be irelevant to his case

How do they know this? Mueller has said nothing, released nothing and the USA in the SDNY sure as hell has not released anything and the entities involved are damn sure not going to freely offer up this information.

I'm still not seeing it. It's an incredible reach especially if Cohen says, "yep, I paid her, it's what I do." It's his money (purportedly)he can dispose of it just about any way he wants.

Novartis is confirming their end of it. Multiple news sources have said that they’ve reached out directly and are saying that Michael Cohen was promising access into the Trump administration.
