Congress made clear in the expedited removal provisions that illegal migrants are supposed to be detained: Detained when they are apprehended, detained while awaiting a credible fear interview and if found to have a credible fear, detained until their asylum claims can be heard. DHS has no authority to release the vast majority of illegal migrants. Mass parole by the incompetent Biden-Harris admin IS the root cause.

VSO stated that they were able to triangulate where the phone call was coming from because she did not know where she was.
The call led deputies to a field in Pierson. Upon arrival, deputies reported finding the suspect, Luis Hernandez-Moncayo, on top of the woman who was shouting for help.
In an interview with deputies, the woman told them that she had known Hernandez-Moncayo; they were drinking at a bar together, and everything was normal until he consumed cocaine, which had turned him violent. The woman continued to state that he assaulted her multiple times, including choking her.
Hernandez-Moncayo, an illegal migrant, has been accused of felony battery by strangulation, false imprisonment, and attempted sexual battery.
