The Atlanta DA did exactly that last week.

Eh. Not really. It’s unclassified and called “less than lethal.”

Amnesty International has documented 500+ instances of death associated with a taser use.

I hope people are smart enough that this is due to Democrat policies

I fear that they will blame Trump

or just like let him run away. you have his car, plate, all that info. just get him tomorrow, no need to be an executioner even if he did just embarrass you in 2v1 combat and started to escape.

Yea, let the drunk flee, and then sue the police when that drunk kills some innocent people. you're fricking retarded, and that's as nicely as I can put it.

You don't call for an arrest, you need PC for an arrest.

FAKE NEWS

Twitter

I have deleted my tweet about two zones walking out on the Atlanta police force. Three officers confirmed, but it does not appear to be an organized action by the police. It appears to be buzzing that it is happening, but the buzz is being treated as fact without confirmation.

If a fleeing suspect poses a risk of harm to the public or an innocent bystander, then police are justified in using whatever force is necessary to stop the threat. Maybe your critical-race theory college professor should have explained that to you.

there was no reason to suspect harm to an innocent bystander. there was no one nearby. lmao critical-race theory youre a dolt, quit being so emotionally offended that a cop may face consequences for killing someone unnecessarily.

If this is in fact true that the officers are walking off the job, that’s another valid argument for protection of the 2nd Amendment.

Geez, someone willing to fire a weapon at a police officer has proven that they have ZERO value for ANY human life. He was a threat to everyone after doing that and had to be stopped.

You are an imbecile.

The real problem and the crazy part of all this is we're seeing policing tactics getting people killed. what happens when someone intervenes eventually in police brutality and kills an officer over it in self-defense protecting life of another from imminent danger.

This is the scenario i think begins happening at some point if we don't get our shite together and make sure we have proper procedures and controls around the police.

It's LESS-than-lethal force. There is no such thing as non-lethal. Simply falling the wrong way and hitting your head can kill you.

And whats this about not having a deadly weapon so just let him go? HE IS THE DEADLY WEAPON. Christ, how old are you?

It does appear to be unlikely.

They’re like the rest of producing America. They have bills to pay and mouths to feed.

Umm did you not see the 15 cars in the drive thru? And he was running towards a roadway, which people normally use (last time I checked, anyway)

Luckily I never had to be in that officer’s position, but I could much rather live with the officers’ actions rather than living my life knowing he killed or hurt someone and I had a chance to stop him.
