Good. Give the mob what they want. Send in the looters and arsonists

You said something about bad cops, obviously you can't be talking about the Justified Atlanta shooting.

cant be talking about a justified atlanta shooting if there was no justified atlanta shooting.

sucks that the good cops will quit doing their job when the bad cops are held accountable.

Or, you know, they realize that the window-licking DA just declared open season on cops.

They are showing signs of covid 19 and need to isolate for 14 days (with pay) per CDC guidance.

When you shoot a person with a taser who has a gun, both people then have equal access to the gun.

You havent thought this through

you havent thought it through. they werent within arms reach at the time of gunshots. there was no threat of him stealing the cops gun he was well outside of personal theft range at this point in the encounter.

Very interested to see the reaction from the leaders

It's no more illegal than burning up a Wendy's. They're just "protesting".

so you support police crime, just not civilian crime against wendys.

Like some of these comments, I've really laughed about because they've twisted reality
quote:

Atlanta PD just walking out cause a dude who shot a Black man fearing for his life in the back 3 times and then kicking said shot person and stepping on him (All Caught On Film) got charged for murder is just the most on the nose evidence of cops thinking they're above the law.??
quote:

All police & dispatchers in Atlanta PD zone 5 & 6 have walked off the job in protest?

Fire them all.

Idiots.

#MaskUpAZ President John Bolton Rolfe McDonald McMuffin Finland Stacey America Ducey Ukraine Impeachment Gaetz Republican Atlanta PD China's XI
quote:

A large portion of the Atlanta PD has just walked off the job in response to murder charges against the killer of a Black man. Good. Maybe crime will drop like it did in NYC and the CHAZ. Having that many cops = self fulfilling prophecy.
quote:

all these republicans tweeting about the Atlanta PD as if any of them live in Atlanta or know anything about the situation, the police culture, or anything else. please keep your ignorance to yourself instead of broadcasting it everywhere
quote:

It’s okay. I had a feeling this would happen and it’s going to be more backlash towards Keisha Lance Bottoms!

It’s okay!!

Atlanta PD should find another city that think a man who can’t run after a SLOW DRUNK MAN and call for back up would make a FINE POLICE OFFICER!

RIP Georgia Tech?

They have their own police force and security. I don't know if they will walk off or not. Same with Georgia State University.

Main reaction so far is Bottoms calling in the Fulton Co Sheriff jailers to work the streets and begging surrounding jurisdictions to help out.

Those jurisdictions told her “Call back if it is an Officer Down incident.”

1 cop gets charged with murder so everyone can walk off the job and put the entire city in danger.

1 black person gets murdered unjustly and people here are pissed about the rioting.

Sounds about right.

some legitimate twitter sources now confirming it's at least partially true. might not be a total walk out but that many left one shift and others didnt show up for the following shift.

No, but it only takes a second to get there, and he would be incapacitated. The cop was justified shooting the guy when they were wrestling on the ground and he was trying to get their weapons. This isn't difficult to understand.
