He was searched and id taken, they knew that all he had was a taser, a half-intoxicated guy running, turning to shoot a taser is going to miss ever time, remember, two cops were there. He hits the first officer with the taser, light his arse up, but he didn’t. If two police can’t handle a drunk without shooting him, they shouldn't be police.

Watch the vidi dumbfrick, they let him run a ways until he raises up on them then they shoot. Let me ask you something, why do you people discern information like terrorist? Of a 360 degree world you take in about 1% of it because your mind is conditioned against reality. Why is that?

Like I said if he hits the first cop with the taser, then the second cop can fire away, police are not judge, jury and excursioner on the streets understand that dumbfrick?

It’s a weapon, no?
If applied properly it could physically inhibit you and open you up for an attack.
I have not read much about the whole incident, but to suggest he was merely running away and took no aggressive behavior is ridiculous. Also, what if while running he accessed an actual deadly weapon?
Easy to make assessment after the fact but not in the heat of the moment. If the facts prove the cop made a deadly error, then he should be prosecuted. I will wait for the truth to come out.
I was commenting solely on the video and how the OP described it was inaccurate.

1. He was COMBATIVE and non Compliant.
2. Tried to get the cops gun
3. He DID get the cop's Taser.
4. Ran from the scene WITH the Taser.
5. Turned and aimed it at the cop.
6. What if he Tased the cop and then got the cop's gun?
7. Now he's armed and on the run.
8. He just became a menace to society.
9. What would you have done differently?

Didn’t the cops just last week in Atlanta get fired for using a taser (Specifically considered Deadly force in that case) on those two college kids Who refused to get out of the car? You can’t have it both ways it either is considered a deadly weapon or not.
